Our speaker this Thursday talked about the good work The Leprosy Mission does throughout the world. It has to be said that Mr. Hugh McKee, an accomplished and interesting speaker, did much to brighten our perceptions of leprosy.

  Picture above shows Geoffrey Barton, Speaker Host, admiring some of the craft work produced by leprosy patients in The Leprosy Mission rehabilitation centres and Hugh McKee, regional organiser for TLM.
Other members were keen to learn all they could of the Mission's work.  

Geoffrey announced a fund raising event Open Garden in July in aid of TLM.
